Ingredients
- 4 - 5 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup good white wine
- 1 box noodles (16 oz)
- 1 can diced tomato (14.5 oz)
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce (14.5 oz)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- parsley flakes
How To Make chicken alfredo with diced tomatoes

Step 1Dice up the chicken. Cook until done in olive oil.

Step 2Pour 1/3 cup of good white wine (something you would drink) into the pan with the cooked chicken to deglaze the pan.

Step 3Boil pasta in a pot of water and salt. Drain and set aside.

Step 4With the heat on medium, add a can of diced tomatoes, noodles, and Alfredo sauce.

Step 5Fold in cooked pasta and let simmer.

Step 6Add butter and cream cheese. Stir in.

Step 7Cover and let everything melt together.

Step 8Once everything is melted, stir well. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with parsley flakes.
