Ingredients

  • 4 - 5 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/3 cup good white wine
  • 1 box noodles (16 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomato (14.5 oz)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (14.5 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • parsley flakes

How To Make chicken alfredo with diced tomatoes

  • Step 1
    Dice up the chicken. Cook until done in olive oil.
  • Step 2
    Pour 1/3 cup of good white wine (something you would drink) into the pan with the cooked chicken to deglaze the pan.
  • Step 3
    Boil pasta in a pot of water and salt. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 4
    With the heat on medium, add a can of diced tomatoes, noodles, and Alfredo sauce.
  • Step 5
    Fold in cooked pasta and let simmer.
  • Step 6
    Add butter and cream cheese. Stir in.
  • Step 7
    Cover and let everything melt together.
  • Step 8
    Once everything is melted, stir well. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with parsley flakes.
