chicken alfredo white lasagna
Well this was created by me with ground chicken ~ I wanted to make something different and am surprised how wonderful it came out. You can add different spices and veggies to suite your taste of course.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken (i used perdue brand)
- 1/2 - green peppers, yellow peppers, and red pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon flaked parsley
- 10 slices lasagna noodles, cooked
- FRY OUT YOUR GROUND CHICKEN W/ PEPPERS, ONION AND SPICES. WHILE YOUR LASAGNA NOODLES ARE COOKING
- SAUCE:
- 1 jar newman's roasted garlic alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- MIX ALL IN A MEDIUM BOWL
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/8 cup parmesan grated cheese

Step 1Cook lasagna til al dente stage, drain

Step 2Pour a third of the sauce on bottom of crock pot. Layer three lasagna strips over the sauce ( Could add a layer of spinach on top)

Step 3Now layer your meat mixture on ( if you want you could add a layer of shredded cheese of your choice on )and pour another third of the sauce over the meat Sprinkle with the peas over the meat

Step 4Layer the last layer of lasagna strips on and then your sauce and meat and sprinkle your with your parmesan cheese.

Step 5Just wanted to add this picture of my new crock pot with a stainless steel handle on the glass cover ~~~~~~~~ Love it !!!! No more plastic handles for me, they melt !!!!!!!
