Got this reciepe and changed it up a little bit for more of a meal than a side dish.

16 oz
penne pasta or elbow pasta
20 oz
alfredo sauce
8 oz
sour cream
15 oz
ricotta cheese
2 clove
garlic, minced
3 c
cooked chicken, chopped
2 large
eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c
fresh parsley, chopped
2 c
mozzarella cheese


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Prepare pasta according to package. Drain and return back to pot.
3Stir all the ingredients EXCEPT Mozzarella cheese.
4Spread mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 backing dish.
5Sprinkle with mozzeralla cheese evenly. Bake for 30 min or until bubbly. Everything is cooked you are just melting cheese and heathing it up together really.
