Got this reciepe and changed it up a little bit for more of a meal than a side dish.

Ingredients For chicken alfredo bake

  • 16 oz
    penne pasta or elbow pasta
  • 20 oz
    alfredo sauce
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 15 oz
    ricotta cheese
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3 c
    cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 lg
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese

How To Make chicken alfredo bake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2
    Prepare pasta according to package. Drain and return back to pot.
  • 3
    Stir all the ingredients EXCEPT Mozzarella cheese.
  • 4
    Spread mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 backing dish.
  • 5
    Sprinkle with mozzeralla cheese evenly. Bake for 30 min or until bubbly. Everything is cooked you are just melting cheese and heathing it up together really.
