Got this reciepe and changed it up a little bit for more of a meal than a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    penne pasta or elbow pasta
  • 20 oz
    alfredo sauce
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 15 oz
    ricotta cheese
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3 c
    cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 large
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese

How to Make Chicken Alfredo Bake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare pasta according to package. Drain and return back to pot.
  3. Stir all the ingredients EXCEPT Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Spread mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 backing dish.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzeralla cheese evenly. Bake for 30 min or until bubbly. Everything is cooked you are just melting cheese and heathing it up together really.
