How to Make Chicken Adobo
1Place the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and pepper in a large skillet.
2Bring to a boil. Add the chicken cover and simmer 10 minutes. Take the cover off and bring to a boil turning and basting the chicken until sauce has thickened a bit and chicken is no longer pink.
3Discard bay leaves and serve alone or with rice
