  • 6
    boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    white vinegar
  • 8 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Chicken Adobo


  1. Place the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and pepper in a large skillet.
  2. Bring to a boil. Add the chicken cover and simmer 10 minutes. Take the cover off and bring to a boil turning and basting the chicken until sauce has thickened a bit and chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Discard bay leaves and serve alone or with rice
