Ingredients
- 6 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make chicken adobo

Step 1Place the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and pepper in a large skillet.

Step 2Bring to a boil. Add the chicken cover and simmer 10 minutes. Take the cover off and bring to a boil turning and basting the chicken until sauce has thickened a bit and chicken is no longer pink.

Step 3Discard bay leaves and serve alone or with rice
