Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2-4 tablespoons oil
- 1 - garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 - lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts
- - rice pilaf mix
How To Make chicken a la nancy

Step 1Skin and bone chicken.

Step 2Pour in 1/4\" thick.

Step 3Cut in 2\" squares.

Step 4Heat oil in frypan over medium heat.

Step 5Add garlic.

Step 6Saute until soft.

Step 7Add lemon and fresh mushrooms.

Step 8Saute until soft.

Step 9Stir in chicken.

Step 10Cook a few minutes.

Step 11Add flour, wine and seasoniongs.

Step 12Cook, stirring frequently for 15 minutes until chicken is done.

Step 13Add artichoke hearts and heat.

Step 14Serve with rice pilaf or mixed rices.
