Ingredients For chicken a la nancy

2 lgchicken breasts

14 ozartichoke hearts

1/4 tsporegano

1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1 tspsalt

1/4 cdry white wine

1 Tbspflour
-
1/2 lbfresh mushrooms, sliced

1/2lemon, thinly sliced

1garlic clove, crushed

2-4 Tbspoil

rice pilaf mix
How To Make chicken a la nancy

1Skin and bone chicken.

2Pour in 1/4\" thick.

3Cut in 2\" squares.

4Heat oil in frypan over medium heat.

5Add garlic.
-
6Saute until soft.

7Add lemon and fresh mushrooms.

8Saute until soft.

9Stir in chicken.

10Cook a few minutes.

11Add flour, wine and seasoniongs.

12Cook, stirring frequently for 15 minutes until chicken is done.

13Add artichoke hearts and heat.

14Serve with rice pilaf or mixed rices.
