green bell pepper, sliced
1Melt butter in saucepan; Add green peppers, mushrooms and pimentos.
3Add flour and blend in well.
4Add 3/4 of the heavy cream and all the chicken broth.
5Cover and cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
6Stir in sherry, salt, cayenne and paprika.
7Beat egg yolks and combine with rest of heavy cream.
9Add chicken and heat but do not boil.
10Serve on toast or shells.
