How to Make Cherry Orange Chicken
- Place the cut up chicken in a large baking pan. Pour the melted butter over the chicken.
- Combine the brown sugar, orange peel, ginger, and orange juice, blending well, and pour over the chicken.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove and add the cherries, then return to the oven and bake an additional 30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and tender.
