cheesy tortellini bowl

On lazy nights we just toss the whole thing together and serve it in bowls. I usually use one package spinach and one package whole grain tortellinis for color.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander, ground
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika, sweet mild
- 2 pounds chicken tenders
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 packages tortellini, cheese stuffed
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 package country style gravy
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 5 dashes black pepper
- 1 cup asiago cheese, grated
- 1 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
How To Make cheesy tortellini bowl

Step 1Combine garlic, onion, coriander, celery salt and paprika. Trim and cube tenders. Toss and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Step 2Heat 2 tsp olive oil on medium high. Add chicken and fry until done and liquid is cooked off.

Step 3Boil water with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil. Add tortellini and cook until done.

Step 4Boil 1 cup water. Whisk 3/4 cups milk with gravy mix and pepper. Add mix to boiling water. Whisk until gravy is thick and creamy.

Step 5Toss chicken and tortellinis, pour gravy over and dress with cheese and parsley.
