1in a large pot add the rice, seasonings, and water and cook according to package.
2in a pan melt 2 table spoons of the butter and add the carrots and saute until golden brown. when done set a side. do the same with the corn.
3when the rice is done add the chicken, corn, carrots, and green beans. stir in until well blended. add the cheese and stir in well. then put the lid on and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes so the cheese can melt. Enjoy!!!!
