Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots,corn,and green beans
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder, italian herbs, onion powder, pepper, seasoning salt, and chili powder
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (optional)
How To Make cheesy rice

Step 1in a large pot add the rice, seasonings, and water and cook according to package.

Step 2in a pan melt 2 table spoons of the butter and add the carrots and saute until golden brown. when done set a side. do the same with the corn.

Step 3when the rice is done add the chicken, corn, carrots, and green beans. stir in until well blended. add the cheese and stir in well. then put the lid on and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes so the cheese can melt. Enjoy!!!!
