It doesn't get any easier than this! This is one of my favorite crock pot dinners and it's a crowd pleaser too. This meal is full of flavor and very filling. Just a note: when buying the cream of chicken soup, if you can get the cream of chicken with herbs it's even better! It lends more flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 3 cans
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1- 2 lbs
    boneless chicken breasts
  • 15 oz
    mushrooms, canned
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cheesy Crock Pot Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut your chicken into strips and place in the bottom of the crock pot. Season with salt & pepper and add your garlic. Pour all of the soups in the crock pot, drain the mushrooms and add as well.
  2. Set the crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours (usually will be done within 6 hrs) Serve over egg noodles or rice.
