I had some leftover grilled chicken in the fridge that I wanted to use up before I forgot about it. So, I just started carting out what I thought would make one delicious wrap. Needless to say, it was a hit and the chickens all gone. It would be great with any type of chicken, be it grilled, poached etc. A great idea for those hot days that you don't want to heat up the house.

Enjoy!
