cheesy chicken w/ bacon crumbles
Quick and easy chicken meal with wonderful taste explosions!! I was stumped as to what to make 1 night and just kind of " threw" this together and it has since become a favorite!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki basting sauce
- 1/2 cup light ranch dressing
- 1 cup reduced fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 - green onions, chopped
- 3 slices bacon, cooked, cooled, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
How To Make cheesy chicken w/ bacon crumbles

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. season chicken w/ a little salt and pepper. Place chicken in skillet and brown on both sides.

Step 2remove chicken from skillet and place in a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Brush the chicken w/ the teriyaki basting sauce. Spoon the ranch dressing over the chicken.

Step 3Sprinkle the chicken w/ cheese, green onions and bacon. Bake about 25 mins, checking to make sure chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle w/ parsley before serving.
