Quick and easy chicken meal with wonderful taste explosions!! I was stumped as to what to make 1 night and just kind of " threw" this together and it has since become a favorite!

  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 6
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c
    teriyaki basting sauce
  • 1/2 c
    light ranch dressing
  • 1 c
    reduced fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3
    green onions, chopped
  • 3 slice
    bacon, cooked, cooled, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley

How to Make Cheesy chicken w/ bacon crumbles


  1. Heat oven to 350. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. season chicken w/ a little salt and pepper. Place chicken in skillet and brown on both sides.
  2. remove chicken from skillet and place in a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Brush the chicken w/ the teriyaki basting sauce. Spoon the ranch dressing over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken w/ cheese, green onions and bacon. Bake about 25 mins, checking to make sure chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle w/ parsley before serving.
