Cheesy Chicken Tuna Casserole
1 1/2 cchicken, cooked & cubed
1 can(s)solid white tuna, drained
1/2 lbmacaroni (bow toes, shells, elbows, your choice)
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/3 can(s)evaporated milk (use soup can)
1 sm can(s)mushrooms
1 pkgmixed vegetables (i used a bag of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, snow peas, & water chestnuts)
2 ccheese, shredded (cheddar or your favorite) divided
How to Make Cheesy Chicken Tuna Casserole
- Cook pasta to just before al dente. Drain.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta and the remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 of the cheese. Mix.
- Spoon into a large casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes, or until top is bubbly and starting to get golden brown.
