I manage a deli in a convenience store. This is one of our better selling entrees. I use rotel at work and pimentos at home.

Ingredients For cheesy chicken spaghetti

  • 1 lg
    chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 12 oz
    spaghetti
  • 1 lb
    velvetta, cubed
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 4 stick
    celery, sliced 1/2" thick
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 sm
    jar pimentos

How To Make cheesy chicken spaghetti

  • 1
    Cook chicken and celery in salted water until done. Take chicken out and debone.
  • 2
    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth until done. Leave spaghetti in broth. If more that 2 to 3 cups broth, pour off excess.

    Add deboned chicken, pimentos, soup and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir often to prevent sticking.
  • 4
    You can sub a can of rotel for the pimentos for a different flavor.
