I manage a deli in a convenience store. This is one of our better selling entrees. I use rotel at work and pimentos at home.

Ingredients
- 1 large chicken, cooked and deboned
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound velvetta, cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 sticks celery, sliced 1/2" thick
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small jar pimentos
How To Make cheesy chicken spaghetti

Step 1Cook chicken and celery in salted water until done. Take chicken out and debone.

Step 2Cook spaghetti in chicken broth until done. Leave spaghetti in broth. If more that 2 to 3 cups broth, pour off excess.

Step 3Add deboned chicken, pimentos, soup and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir often to prevent sticking.

Step 4You can sub a can of rotel for the pimentos for a different flavor.
