I manage a deli in a convenience store. This is one of our better selling entrees. I use rotel at work and pimentos at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 large
    chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 12 oz
    spaghetti
  • 1 lb
    velvetta, cubed
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 4 stick
    celery, sliced 1/2" thick
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 small
    jar pimentos

How to Make Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook chicken and celery in salted water until done. Take chicken out and debone.
  2. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth until done. Leave spaghetti in broth. If more that 2 to 3 cups broth, pour off excess.
  3. Add deboned chicken, pimentos, soup and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir often to prevent sticking.
  4. You can sub a can of rotel for the pimentos for a different flavor.
