Ingredients For cheesy chicken rotini

1 1/2 lbchicken breast halves, skinless & boneless, cut into 1

2 cwater
-
3 crotini pasta
-
1 - 16 oz. pkgmixed vegetables (your choice), frozen, thawed (i use california sytle - broccoli, cauilflower & carrots)

1 - 10 oz. canro*tel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained

1/2 lbvelveeta, cut into 1/2
How To Make cheesy chicken rotini

1(SEE NOTE) Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken, cook for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.

2Add water & bring to boil. Once boiling, add rotini; stir. Cover, let simmer on medium low heat for 10 minutes.

3Add vegetables, ro*tel & velveeta. Cover, cook for 5 - 7 minutes; stir occasionally.

4NOTE: Or you can use an rotisserie chicken, off the bone, cut into bite sized pieces added in step 3.
