Ingredients
- 3 packages ramen noodle chicken flavor
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium shallot chopped
- 2 stalks celery sliced thinly
- 1 medium carrot thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups rotesserie chicken chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 scallions for garnish
How To Make cheesy chicken ramen

Step 1Cook the ramen noodles according to package direction with the seasoning packets. drain and set aside.

Step 2Add the butter to a skillet and add the garlic, shallots, celery and carrots. Cook until the vegetables are tender crisp about 3 minutes.

Step 3Mix the mushroom soup with the milk pour it in the pan and add the cheese. Cook 1 minute stiring well. Add the chicken and the ramen noodles. Cook stirring until everything is well incorporated. taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Garnish with scallions and serve
