Ingredients

  • 2
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 oz
    bacon
  • 1
    yellow onion, fine diced
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 1 bag(s)
    8 oz shredded cheddar or colby-jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded asiago cheese
  • 1 lb box
    pasta of choice
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cheesy Chicken Pasta

Step-by-Step

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for your pasta, and cook according to the directions. Meanwhile, cut the chicken breasts and bacon into 1/2 off pieces, and saute along with the fine diced onion until cooked.
  2. Add the cream of chicken soup and the evaporated milk, and bring this to just bubbling, then add the cheeses,and turn off the burner. Stir until the cheeses are melted.
  3. Add the drained, hot pasta and combine. Add black pepper, and salt to taste.
