cheesy chicken noodle bake

This was my mother in law's recipe and we just called it "chicken stuff". When I was in the casserole making business, I renamed it. This is a very easy recipe - and makes alot. Great for a potluck - also great to fix some for now and freeze some for later.

Ingredients
- 1-16 ounce package of egg noodles
- 1 - rotisserie chicken, deboned
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- - onion, chopped
- 1 large evaporated milk
- 1 large pimientos
- 2 cups velveeta, melted
- 1 can rotel
How To Make cheesy chicken noodle bake

Step 1Bake the egg noodles according to package instructions, set aside.

Step 2Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Then add the egg noodles and mix.

Step 3Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.

Step 4Makes 3 8x8 casseroles or one 13x9 and one 8x8. This casserole freezes great.
