Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut in 1" strips
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 - chopped onion
- 2 - minced garlic cloves
- 16 ounces marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 16 ounces spaghetti, cooked
How To Make cheesy chicken marinara

Step 1In a wok, heat 2 tablespoons oil over high heat until hot, swirling to coat sides of pan.

Step 2Add chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through, but still juicy, 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 3Remove to a plate.

Step 4In same wok, heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil over high heat.

Step 5Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry until mushrooms are lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 6Return chicken to wok.

Step 7Pour in marinara sauce.

Step 8Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.

Step 9Add mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

Step 10Sprinkle parsley on top.

Step 11Cover and cook until mozzarella melts, 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 12Serve over bed of cooked spaghetti/pasta.
