cheesy chicken enchiladas

Four ingredient great dinner! You could make this with chicken breast also! You could use fresh chicken not frozen if you like.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen chicken tenderloins
- 1 package tortillas, flour
- 1 bag mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 jar queso cheese sauce
How To Make cheesy chicken enchiladas

Step 1In large frying pan coated with olive oil, cook chicken on HIGH until it is light brown. Turn and cook until the other side is light brown. It should take about 5 minutes on each side.

Step 2While chicken is still in frying pan cut it up in 1/2 inch pieces. Make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Step 3Spray a 9" x 13" pan with non stick cooking spray. Lay out a tortilla, add 1/4 cup of chicken and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. Roll tortilla up and place in pan.

Step 4Continue until all tortillas are filled and rolled up in pan.

Step 5Spread jar of queso cheese sauce on top. Cover with aluminum foil and back for 45 mins in a pre-heated 350* oven.
