I wanted to try something different and easy. I looked in my pantry and freezer and this is what I came up with. My husband who normally dislikes casseroles loved this one!

cook time 45 Min
method Bake

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta (can use ziti, penne, macaroni or shells instead if desired)
  • 1 package 16 ounce frozen broccoli flowerets
  • 16 ounces bite sized pieces of cooked chicken (i used leftover deboned rotisserie chicken)
  • 2 cans 10.5 ounce cans campbells broccoli cheese soup or cheddar cheese soup. (i used one of each!)
  • 1 can water
  • 1 package french's french fried onion rings (as a topping)

How To Make cheesy chicken & broccoli on pasta

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook your pasta according to package instructions, rinse & drain. Set aside.
  • Step 2
In a large mixing bowl. blend together the broccoli, soups and chicken. Add about a can of water because this will be thick.
  • Step 3
