boneless skinless chicken breast fileted open
1 lb

thick cut bacon
CREAM CHEESE STUFFING
8 oz

package of cream cheese room temp
1 c

diced onion
2 c

shredded pepper jack cheese(i have used mozzerella)
3-4 dash

tabasco
3-4 dash

worcestershire sauce
1 tsp

garlic powder
2 Tbsp

ranch dressing mix
salt and pepper

How To Make cheesy chicken breast wrapped with love

Fillet the chicken breast open and pound them flat

Mix the cream cheese stuffing..feel free to add anything you may want. I change it up all the time

Lay the breast out flat and spread the filling . Roll up the breast and wrap with a few pieces of bacon. Place toothpicks if needed.

We cook ours on the bbq pit for around an hour with the pit being around 350. You could do the same in the oven or gas grill.
