We have been doing these a while.I change it up all the time. I kinda throw whatever i have in the fridge in the stuffing.

Ingredients

4-6 - boneless skinless chicken breast fileted open
1 pound thick cut bacon
CREAM CHEESE STUFFING
8 ounces package of cream cheese room temp
1 cup diced onion
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese(i have used mozzerella)
3-4 dashes tabasco
3-4 dashes worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- salt and pepper

How To Make cheesy chicken breast wrapped with love

Step 1

Fillet the chicken breast open and pound them flat

Step 2

Mix the cream cheese stuffing..feel free to add anything you may want. I change it up all the time
Step 3

Lay the breast out flat and spread the filling . Roll up the breast and wrap with a few pieces of bacon. Place toothpicks if needed.
Step 4

We cook ours on the bbq pit for around an hour with the pit being around 350. You could do the same in the oven or gas grill.
