Ingredients
- 1 can biscuit
- 1 large boneless/skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 - onion, finely chopped
- 1 small can red peppers
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese (or swiss)
- 1 cup milk
- - salt/pepper to taste
How To Make cheesy chicken biscuit pie

Step 1boil chicken breast, till cooked, chop and set aside

Step 2in a lightly buttered pie dish, take half of the biscuits and press to form a pie shell

Step 3in a skillet melt the stick of butter, add the chopped onions cook about 5 mins till translucent

Step 4add the 3 tablespoon of flour and make a rue (paste)gently add 1 cup of milk and keep stirring until smooth, add the cup of chicken broth...let it bubble a few minutes

Step 5take off heat...add in the diced red peppers, chopped chicken and 1 cup of the cheese, combine well

Step 6pour into pie dish..with the other half of the biscuits on a lightly floured board press together making the top cover for the pie..bake at 350 for 15 mins, then add the other 1/2 of the cheese on top and bake another 10 mins until brown and cheese is melted.
