Just made this up. Probably someone has done it before me, but I really liked the outcome

Ingredients

  • 4 - decent sized boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 - containter of your favorite brand of feta cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 dashes balsamic vinegar
  • 4 dashes kikkoman soy sauce

How To Make cheese stuffed chicken breast

  • Step 1
    Butterfly chicken breasts and set aside
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, mix feta, shredded cheese, spices, and balsamic vinegar.
  • Step 3
    Spoon 1/4th of the mixture into each open chicken breast, folding the top back over the cheese.
  • Step 4
    Baste the top of each breast with a tablespoon of Kikkoman.
  • Step 5
    Place the breasts into the oven and bake, uncovered, at 400 for about 45 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through)
