Ingredients
- 4 - decent sized boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 - containter of your favorite brand of feta cheese
- 2 1/2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 dashes balsamic vinegar
- 4 dashes kikkoman soy sauce
How To Make cheese stuffed chicken breast

Step 1Butterfly chicken breasts and set aside

Step 2In a small bowl, mix feta, shredded cheese, spices, and balsamic vinegar.

Step 3Spoon 1/4th of the mixture into each open chicken breast, folding the top back over the cheese.

Step 4Baste the top of each breast with a tablespoon of Kikkoman.

Step 5Place the breasts into the oven and bake, uncovered, at 400 for about 45 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through)
