How to Make Cheese and Meatball Soup
1Meatballs: mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce together thoroughly.
2Shape into medium size meatballs.
3Place uncooked meatballs and all other ingredients, except cheese spread, in electric slow cooker.
5Cover and cook on setting low for 8 to 10 hours.
6Before serving add cheese spread, stirring gently until well blended.
