Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup potatoes, cut up
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 16 ounces processed cheese spread
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
How To Make cheese and meatball soup

Step 1Meatballs: mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce together thoroughly.

Step 2Shape into medium size meatballs.

Step 3Place uncooked meatballs and all other ingredients, except cheese spread, in electric slow cooker.

Step 4Stir gently.

Step 5Cover and cook on setting low for 8 to 10 hours.

Step 6Before serving add cheese spread, stirring gently until well blended.
