How to Make Cheese and Meatball Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Meatballs: mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce together thoroughly.
  • 2Shape into medium size meatballs.
  • 3Place uncooked meatballs and all other ingredients, except cheese spread, in electric slow cooker.
  • 4Stir gently.
  • 5Cover and cook on setting low for 8 to 10 hours.
  • 6Before serving add cheese spread, stirring gently until well blended.
