Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup potatoes, cut up
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 16 ounces processed cheese spread
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

How To Make cheese and meatball soup

  • Step 1
    Meatballs: mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce together thoroughly.
  • Step 2
    Shape into medium size meatballs.
  • Step 3
    Place uncooked meatballs and all other ingredients, except cheese spread, in electric slow cooker.
  • Step 4
    Stir gently.
  • Step 5
    Cover and cook on setting low for 8 to 10 hours.
  • Step 6
    Before serving add cheese spread, stirring gently until well blended.
