I whipped this up today and the family loved it. I served it with boil in bag rice and green beans. Enjoy!

Ingredients

6 - pieces of chicken breast
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons lite soy sauce

How To Make cheaters sticky chicken

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Spray baking dish with cooking spray, add chicken in a sigle layer and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium bowl combine teriyaki sauce, oil, garlic and soy sauce and pour over chicken.
Step 3

Baste chicken with sauce every 15 minutes. Allow dish to cool so sauce will thicken.
