Ingredients

1 Tbsp
oil
1/4 c
green onion, minced
1 c
long grain rice, uncooked
1 c
chicken broth
1 c
water
1.5 tsp
paprika
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
salt
2 c
cooked chicken, diced
1/4 c
pimiento strips
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
prepared mustard

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in wok.
2Add green onion and stir fry until soft.
3Stir in rice until grains are coated with oil.
4Pour in broth and water.
5Add paprika, pepper and salt.
6Stir only until blended.
7Bring to a boil cover and reduce heat.
8Simmer until rice is tender and almost all liquid has been absorbed.
9Add chicken and pimiento.
10Stir gently to blend.
11Remove wok from heat and let stand, covered for about 10 minutes.
12Stir in worcestershire sauce with mustard.
13If necessary return work to low heat.
14Toss and stir gently with a fork until reheated.
