This is another recipe from "The Greatest Little Cookbook in the West",written and compiled by: Loaun Werner Vaad, with illustrations and cartoons by: Laura Karlen. Don't be put off by the prep. time. Just plan ahead, as the chicken needs to marinate for 24 hours, and then bakes at a fairly low temp. to prevent burning. It looked good to me, and turned out it was! Check this one out!

- 4 - chicken breasts with slit in the middle
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 4 slices corned beef
How To Make cattle guard chicken

Step 1Place a slice of cheese and a slice of the corned beef in the chicken. Wrap with bacon. Marinate 24 hours in soup and sour cream. Bake at 325F oven for 2 hours until done.
