How to Make CATHY'S DOUBLE DELITE CHIX & RIBS
- put chicken on one side and ribs on other side in a slo-cooker/roaster, top w/kraut, (potatoes-carrots, if u wish), and pack the top of the kraut all over w/brown sugar well. bake til falls off the bone. it might take shorter time to cook. but, let cook slow for 4 hours, to be nice and juicy and tender. all up to your preference.
