Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 packages chicken flavored ramen noodles with seasoning packets
- 2 cups water
- 1 bunch green onions white and green parts separated
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and sliced
- 6 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon each sesame oil and garlic chili sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped chinese preserved pickled mustard greens
- 1/2 cup cashews
How To Make cashew chicken ramen noodle bowl

Step 1Place the oil in a Wok or large skillet. Add the chicken and season with a little salt and cook until almost done. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Step 2Add the garlic to the pan and saute 30 seconds. Add the ramen noodles and sprinkle the seasoning packets over top. Add the water. Add the white parts of the green onions, and red bell pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed.

Step 3Meanwhile mix the hoisin, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic chili sauce together. Stir into the ramen noodles. Add the chicken back to the pan. then Add the pickled mustard green and green parts of the green onions. Stir in the Cashews. Cook until warmed through. Serve immediately
