Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons lemongrass paste
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make caramelized lemongrass chicken

Step 1Mix the lemongrass, fish sauce, brown sugar and garlic together. Add the chicken and mix well and let marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours.

Step 2Add oil to a skillet. Add the chicken and cook 10 minutes turning them once. Add the marinade and bring to a boil

Step 3Reduce the heat to low and cook until chicken is done and the sauce is caramelized. Add the lemon juice and serve
