- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 2 cups cap'n crunch cereal
- 1 1/2 cups cornflakes
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make captain crunch chicken

Step 1Coarsely grind or crush Cap'n Crunch Cereal and cornflakes. Set aside.

Step 2Beat eggs and milk. Set aside.

Step 3Stir together flour, onion, and garlic powders. Set aside.

Step 4Dip chicken into the flour mixture.

Step 5Then, dip in egg mixture.

Step 6Dip into Capn' Crunch Cereal mixture.

Step 7Fry: 325 degrees (heat oil) Drop chicken into ol for 3-5 minutes. Drain and serve immediately. Bake: Place chicken on a baking sheet (spray chicken with PAM) at 358 degrees. Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes till cooked.
