Ingredients
- FOR THE MUSTARD DIP
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon each yellow mustard and cream style horseradish
- 2 tablespoons honey
- FOR THE CHICKEN
- 4 boneless chicken thighs cut into strips
- 2 cups cap'n crunch cereal
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 1/2 teaspoon each onion power, garlic powder, and salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup milk
- oil for deep frying

Step 1Mix the ingredients together for the mustard dip and place in fridge until ready to use it.

Step 2Place both cereals, the onion powder, garlic powder, salt and white pepper together in a food processor and process to a fine crumb. Place is a shallow dish

Step 3Mix the egg and milk together. Dip the chicken pieces in the milk mixture and then dredge in the crumb mixture.

Step 4Heat oil to 350 degrees and deep fry in batches until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with mustard dip
