Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings
- 6 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 4 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 2 tablespoons shaoxing
- 2 teaspoons garlic chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed cashews
- 2 green onions chopped
How To Make cantonese chicken wings

Step 1Place the hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, shaoxing wine, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Add in 6 tbsp water. Bring to a boil and simmer about 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Step 2Preheat oven 425 degrees. Place the whole chicken wings on baking sheet. Pour the sauce over the wings. Cover loosely with foil. Roast about 25 minutes.

Step 3Serve sprinkled with green onions and cashews.
