Easy and loved by everyone who has tasted this. This is an old recipe from a pot luck.
I use Log Cabin syrup when making this. Use a good quality syrup.

Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup cider vinegar

How to Make Candied Chicken

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Trim excess fat and skin from chicken and lay flat in a 13x9 baking dish.
  • 2Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Pour over chicken and bake for 30-45 minutes, until chicken is tender and sauce is thickened, turning and basting 2 or 3 times during baking.
