I use Log Cabin syrup when making this. Use a good quality syrup.
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
How to Make Candied Chicken
- 1Preheat oven to 350. Trim excess fat and skin from chicken and lay flat in a 13x9 baking dish.
- 2Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Pour over chicken and bake for 30-45 minutes, until chicken is tender and sauce is thickened, turning and basting 2 or 3 times during baking.
