Ingredients
- 1-2 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- - salt and pepper
- - paprika
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix, envelope
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
How To Make california chicken

Step 1Rinse chicken, pat dry. Place chicken pieces on baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 2Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Step 3Brush with melted butter.

Step 4Combine 1 cup of sour cream and 1 envelope of onion soup mix. Spread over chicken.

Step 5Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 45 min.

Step 6Remove cover and bake for approximately 10 minutes more to brown chicken. Do not overbake... Serves 4-6.
