my aunt kim made this pizza years ago at her restaurant. this recipe is a simpler version of her money maker.

Ingredients

  • 1 large
    pizza crust
  • 1 jar(s)
    alfreado sauce
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    cajun spice
  • 2 pkg
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 c
    chopped chicken
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1/4 c
    butter

How to Make Cajun Chicken Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. chop chicken into small pieces.
  3. melt butter (1/4 cup) in frying pan with garlic.
    (garlic optional)
  4. cook chicken thoroughly and drain excess butter/ juice. Pour sauce into chicken and stir in cajun spice. Add as much spice as wanted.
  5. poor sauce and chicken onto large pizza crust and spread evenly.
    (recommended sun dried tomato alfredo sauce)
  6. spread cheese onto onto the pizza. As much as you want!
  7. put onto pizza pan and insert into the oven for 20-25 min or until cheese is melted.
