Ingredients
- 12 chicken wing drumettes
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup franks hot sauce
- 3/4 cup flour
- oil for deep frying
How To Make cajun chicken lollipops

Step 1Hold each drumette on the narrow bone and use a paring knife and scape the skin and meat downwards to expose the bone and make a plump lollipop looking chicken wing.

Step 2Season the lollipops with salt and pepper. Bring the oil to 375 degrees. Place the flour in a shallow dish and add half the cajun seasoning. roll each of the lollipops in the flour mixture then deep fry until golden brown about 5 to 7 minutes. drain on paper towels.

Step 3Melt the butter and mix in the remaining cajun seasoning and franks hot sauce.

Step 4Pour the butter mixture over the lollipops and serve.
