Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 8 ounces linguine, cooked al dente
- 4 teaspoons cajun seasoning of your choice
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 - green onions, thinly sliced
- 2-4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup mushrooms
How To Make cajun chicken linguine

Step 1Cut the chicken into thin strips and coat in a bowl with the Cajun seasoning.

Step 2In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken and mushrooms in the butter until the chicken is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 3Reduce the heat and add green onions, heavy cream, tomatoes, basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and heat through.

Step 4Pour over hot linguine and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
