    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 8 oz
    linguine, cooked al dente
  • 4 tsp
    cajun seasoning of your choice
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2-4 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Tbsp
    sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 c
    mushrooms

How to Make Cajun Chicken Linguine

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the chicken into thin strips and coat in a bowl with the Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken and mushrooms in the butter until the chicken is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat and add green onions, heavy cream, tomatoes, basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and heat through.
  4. Pour over hot linguine and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
