Ingredients
- 3 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into small chunks
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter divided
- 4 - green onions chopped white and green parts separated
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup sweet vermouth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces fettuccine pasta cooked in boiling water and drained reserving 1/2 cup pasta water
How To Make cajun chicken alfredo

Step 1Place the chicken in a bowl and add the cajun seasoning and rub it all over the chicken.

Step 2Add 2 tbsp butter to a large skillet and add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Add the white parts of the green onions, and garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add the Vermouth and let most evaporate

Step 3Add the heavy cream and reserved pasta water. Bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining 2 tbsp butter. Top with the green parts of the green onions.
