  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch
    green onions chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    baby bella mushrooms chopped
  • ·
    cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3
    boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1
    green bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1
    red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil (more or less)
  • 1 lb
    linguine pasta

How to Make cajun Chicen and Pasta


  1. Cut Chicken into cubes, put in a ziplock bag add Cajun seasoning and shake it up, set aside
  2. Chop onion, mushrooms and peppers
  3. In a small container mix Salt,Black Pepper,Basil and lemon Pepper
  4. in a separate pot add a little olive oil and Cook the Linguine according to directions on the box
  5. In a large skillet add a little olive oil and saute chicken over medium heat until tender, reduce heat.
  6. Add cream and the spice mixture to the chicken and let simmer until the pasta is done
  7. Drain pasta and mix with chicken, top with Parmesan cheese
