Ingredients
- 40 chicken wings
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons each salt and paprika
- oil for deep frying
- BUTTERY HOT SAUCE
- 1 1/2 cups butter cubed
- 1/4 crystal hot sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
How To Make buttery hot wings

Step 1Place the flour, salt and pepper together in a large baggie. Add the chicken wings and coat in the flour shaking off all excess. Do in batches if needed. Place on a baking sheet and set in the fridge for 1 hour.

Step 2Heat the oil to 375 degrees. Cook the wings in batches for about 7 minutes. Drain on paper towel lined paper plate.

Step 3For the sauce. Place the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium for 10 minutes. Pour over wings.
