This is DELICIOUS! This recipe halves nicely. Now that all the kids are out of the house I can make as little as 1 large breast for my husband and I. So, feed 2 or feed a small army with is recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup pecans, crushed
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 8 - chicken breast halves, skinned
- 1/4 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
How To Make buttermilk pecan chicken

Step 1Melt butter in a 13x9 pan. Set aside. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients. Mix egg and buttermilk together.

Step 2Dip chicken in egg and buttermilk mixture and dredge in flour mixture, coating well.

Step 3Place In baking dish turning once to coat with butter. Sprinkle with pecans.

Step 4Bake chicken at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
