Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 large pieces of favorite chicken (light or dark meat)
How To Make buttermilk chicken

Step 1Dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll in flour, salt, & pepper mixed. Place chicken in dish with melted butter.

Step 2Bake @ 425 for 30 minutes, turn & bake 15 minutes more. Mix leftover buttermilk & soup & pour over chicken. Bake 15 minutes more.
