I made this one night when I forgot to take the chicken out to thaw... It is not that bad for you and I always change the seasonings!

Ingredients

Step 1

Take butter and melt in a pan with whatever seasonings you want. Johnny's Lawry's or garlic salt, ANYTHING!

Step 2

Place frozen chicken in the pan and cook for 25 min. on each side. Use a Thermometer if needed! Keep cooking and turning until done!
