1 sleevebuttery crackers, crushed
1/2 tspgarlic salt
·ground black pepper, to taste
4skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cbutter, cut into pieces
How to Make BUTTER CHICKEN
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place beaten eggs & cracker crumbs in two separate shallow bowls. Mix cracker crumbs with garlic salt & pepper. Dip chicken into the eggs, then dredge in crumbs to coat.
- Arrange coated chicken in a 9"x13"baking dish. Place pieces of butter around chicken. Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes.
