Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 sleeve - buttery crackers, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- - ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 - skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
How To Make butter chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Place beaten eggs & cracker crumbs in two separate shallow bowls. Mix cracker crumbs with garlic salt & pepper. Dip chicken into the eggs, then dredge in crumbs to coat.

Step 3Arrange coated chicken in a 9"x13"baking dish. Place pieces of butter around chicken. Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes.
