Ingredients For burmese chili chicken

  • 3 lb
    chicken thighs boneless and skinless cut into chunks
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • 1/4 c
    red chilies finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp
    turmeric, ground
  • 1
    red bell pepper sliced
  • rice or rice noodles for serving

How To Make burmese chili chicken

  • 1
    Place all ingredients except the red bell pepper in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add the red bell pepper and cook another 1/2 hour

    Serve over rice or rice noodles
