Another recipe from that facebook group...this one sounded very interesting! It was cooked in a Camp Chef 12 Deluxe "Yellowstone".?

Ingredients
- - 1/2 lb bacon
- - 3 lb venison or beef roast
- - 3 lb chicken thighs
- - 3 to 5 small red potatoes
- - 2 medium onions
- - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- - bell pepper
- - 1 to 2 cups of chopped carrots
- - 12 oz corn
- - 12 oz cut green beans
- - 12 oz lima or pinto beans
- - 14 oz diced tomatoes
- - something sweet...see note before directions

Step 1Note: the something sweet... Something sweet (I like Cherries, Apples, Cranberries, or Current Jelly Spices to your taste (Tango Joe spices, Cajun spices, Cumin, white pepper, Sugar and Cinnamon, whatever.)

Step 2Use some Chicken Broth, beer, and water to keep the fluid level up. Boil it as long as you like. I like to cook it about 5 to 6 hours, so the meat is very tender, but I like the ingredients to stay more recognizable. That way each spoonful has different flavors, depending on what you get in that particular spoonful.
