OK, this one is safe for diabetics. I have made more changes to this to make it even safer. I's still just as good!! This recipe is very flavorful. You can use leg quarters if you like dark meat. Or split breasts if you prefer white meat. You can also use 24 wings and make a party snack out of it!

Ingredients
- 6 - chicken thighs
- 3/8 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 3/8 teaspoon celery seed
- 3/8 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 6 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make bunyan's diabetic savory baked chicken

Step 1Wash chicken under running water & pat dry

Step 2Drop the chicken in a large zip top plastic bag

Step 3Pour all ingredients except chicken into a blender and emulsify

Step 4Pour over the chicken.

Step 5Squeeze as much air out of the bag as possible and seal it

Step 6Marinate for at least 2 hours, overnight is best

Step 7Bake in a pre heated 350 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. It should register 180 on a thermometer
